A New Addition to the FGS Sales Team.
Let’s welcome Leonardo Maggiani, a brand-new and very young member of the Team. After an initial period in the Logistics department, he was offered a new challenge in the Sales team — a great opportunity to explore new skills and put himself to the test.
To get to know him a little better, we asked him a few questions:
1. Have you had the chance to do any other internships before? If so, where?
No, this is my first experience in a Company — an important opportunity to start getting to know the world of work.
2. As FGS is your first work experience, what would you like to learn here?
I’d like to develop commercial skills, improve my use of digital tools, and get a better understanding of how a structured company like FGS operates.
3. After your time in the Logistics department, you were offered a move to the Sales department — how did you react?
I welcomed the change with enthusiasm. I was curious about the idea of challenging myself in a more dynamic setting, where I could also make the most of my relational and creative skills.
